Retired U.S. Army Major Miles D. Waldron, 79, of Little Rock, passed away June 2, 2012. Born in Hoxie, Arkansas to Elbert D. and Lenora Ponder Waldron, he was a decorated combat veteran of the U.S. Army for 22 years.
Preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Donna Waldron, he is survived by his sons, Ben Waldron, Tom Waldron and wife, Kim and Doug Waldron and wife, Jody; and seven grandchildren, Jamie Waldron, Caeli Waldron, Nichole Waldron, Christian Waldron, Nina Waldron, Ian Waldron and Duncan Waldron.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.).
