Mildred Warr
Mildred C. Warr (Ames) passed peacefully at her home in Maumelle on May 20, 2016 at the age of 81. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, William S. "Pete" Warr. She was born July 25, 1934 in Cheyenne, WY.
She is survived by brother Kenneth Leroy Ames of Denver, CO; her four children, Carol Warr Bateman (Stephen) of Little Rock, David Scott Warr (Gaye) of Russellville, Patricia Warr Nelson of Memphis and Linda "Susie" Warr of San Antonio, TX; and six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 25th at 10:00 a.m. with service to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Court, Little Rock, AR 72205. Graveside service to follow at 2:30 p.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 10200 Highway 5 North, Alexander, AR
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southern Christian Children's Home, 100 W. Harding Street, Morrilton, AR.
