Mildred Stroud

Mildred F. (Kordsmeier) Stroud, of North Little Rock, passed away Friday, September 14, 2007, new address, heaven. She was the daughter of Louis and Mary Kordsmeier and the 2nd of their eleven children. Mildred attended Sacred Heart School in Morrilton, was formerly on the Board of Directors of North Little Rock Boys Club, co-owner of S&S Auto Parts for 50 years, a member of St. Patrick?s Catholic Church, and on the St. Patrick?s Altar Society and Catholic Daughter?s of Americas Society.
She was a very devoted wife and had six children, seventeen grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren whom she was proud of and loved deeply.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert ?Bob? Stroud, of North Little Rock; three daughters, Marilyn (Chris) Garbacz, Libby (Nano) Turchi and Phyllis Stroud; two sons, Bob (Karen) Stroud and Bill (Denise) Stroud and daughter-in-law, Gracia Stroud. She was preceded in death by her son, Kenny Stroud; her parents; one brother and two sisters.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. A rosary service will be held 6:00 P.M., Sunday at the church.
