Mildred "Gerry" Watson

Mildred Geraldine Watson, affectionately known as “Gerry”, born April 6, 1931 in Eastland, TX and died October 10, 2022 in North Little Rock, AR.

Married to Howard Watson of Sulphur Springs, AR for 57 years.

Mother of three sons, Mark, Rex and Jeff Watson.

Grandmother and Great-Grandmother to an ever-expanding family.

She loved her family deeply, enjoyed reading, daily writing and learning, was thankful every day for her life and situation, relished solitude but never met a stranger. 

Even trips to the grocery store or doctor’s appointment were an opportunity to engage employees and others and spread the cheer of a smile and kind word.

Family will be gathering at Fitzhugh Cemetery in Sulphur Springs, AR at 2:00PM on Saturday October 22, 2022 for graveside services and inurnment.
