Mike Williams
James Michael "Mike" Williams, 59 of Caddo Valley went to be with his Lord on January 14, 2010. He was born on January 21, 1950 to Paul and the late Melba Williams in DeQueen, Arkansas. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Prescott, Arkansas and was employed by Diamond Offshore Corporation for over 30 Years.
Survivors include his loving wife of forty-two years, Betty; two sons, Keith and Pauline Williams of Prescott and Marc and Ann Williams of Little Rock; three grandchildren, Brittney-14, Parker-10, and Seth, expected to arrive on March 5, 2010.
He is also survived by his father Paul Williams of Mena, one brother, Kenneth Williams and wife Andre' of Berryville, Arkansas, and one niece, Rena "Hoby" McCloud of Springdale, Arkansas. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday January 19th at the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel in Arkadelphia, Arkansas with Rev. James Calhoun officiating. Visitation will be Monday, January 18th from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the same location. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations honoring Mike's love for animals be sent to the Arkadelphia Humane Society at 627 Walnut Street, Arkadelphia, Arkansas 71923
