Richard Michael "Mike" Kelly age 63 of Arkadelphia died Tuesday July 22, 2008 in Arkadelphia. He was born November 24, 1944 in Arkadelphia, the son of the late Harold and Catherine Moorman Kelly. Mike was retired probation and parole officer for the Sate of Arkansas and a U. S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include two brothers, Gary Kelly of Pine Bluff, AR; Steve Kelly of Little Rock AR; one sister, Jo Ann Bledsoe of Hot Springs, AR; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, July 25, 2008 at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Henderson officiating. Interment will be in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be at 9:00 AM Friday until service time at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Smyrna Cemetery Fund % Voncile Smith 1369 Davidson Campground Rd. Okolona, AR. 71962 or the American Cancer Society.
