Mihoko ?Mrs. Gabby? Peak, 77, of Coal Hill formerly of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, February 22, 2007. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for many years. As owner and operator of Gabby?s Food Market for 40 years she was known and loved by many in Rose City. She loved gardening, entertaining friends and family especially celebrating the Japanese New Year. She was a generous and giving person and thankful to the Lord for her blessings.
She is survived by her husband, ?Mr. Bill? Peak of Coal Hill; two sons, Robert Swann of North Little Rock, Johnny Garner of Clearwater Beach, Florida; daughter, Carol ?Sparky? Duncan of Bloomington, Indiana; seven grandchildren, April Soman, Reuben Swann and Natalie Dees, Eric Duncan, Craig Duncan, Kelsey Savage and Brently Duncan and thirteen great-grandchildren as well as several cousins, Ryuko, Chikako, Felicia and Ronny and a host of friends and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Garner.
