Michelle Rena Kellar

Michelle Rena Kellar, age 49, of Hot Springs, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 10, 2021.

She was born on October 9, 1972, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Jim Rowland and Judy Diggs. On June 17, 1994, she married the love of her life, Ricky Kellar, who preceded her in death on August 3, 2020. She is also preceded in death by her step-mother, Sharon Rowland.

Michelle was a Registered Nurse and worked at National Park Medical Center for over 15 years. She loved to go hunting and camping with Ricky. Two things that she was known for are “Everything happens for a reason” and “Good things come to those who wait”. When I’m gone don’t cry for me for I’m going to be with Jesus and my sweet Ricky. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert and Brittany Kellar of Hot Springs and Richard Kellar of Hot Springs; her grandchildren, Evan Kellar, Gage Kellar, Ami Kellar and Olivia Kellar; her mother and step-father, Judy and Larry Kisner; her father, Jim Rowland; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Bryan and Kathy Rowland and Jimmy Kisner; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Michelle and Scotty Linville and Jennifer Morse; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Services will be held at 9:00 AM, Thursday, October 14, 2021, with Pastor Lance Arguello officiating in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will be in the Rush Fork Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Greg Kellar, Jr., Roger Kellar, Jr., Randy Radley, Steve Ashley, Preston Terry and Will Gilbert.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Stephen Divers, the staff at Genesis Cancer Center and Dr. James Humphreys. A special thank you for the NPMC ICU and all her doctors for the special care given to Michelle and our family during this time. It will never be forgotten!
