Michael Vell Rigsby
Michael Vell Rigsby, age 47, of Independence, Missouri, born in Hot Springs, passed away on November 19, 2022, after a lifelong battle with cancers.
He was born on November 18, 1975, to Chester Cleamon Rigsby and Ina Jane Buxton Rigsby.
Michael was a woodworker, cabinet maker and an avid fisherman. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Chester and Jane Rigsby; his brother and sister-in-law, C. J. and Stephanie Rigsby; his sister and brother-in-law, Amanda and James Long; his nephew, Kenneth Free, Jr.; many beloved uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00PM, Monday, November 28, 2022, with Mitch Elrod officiating in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs.
Interment will be in Peak Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5:00PM-7:00PM, Saturday, November 26, 2022, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Edward Buxton, Jason Goslee, Matt Goslee, John Goslee, Jim Francis, and Kenny Francis.
