Michael Moore
Michael B. Moore, 61, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, April 3, 2010. He was a longtime BMW Salesperson and received numerous sales awards. He attended UCA where he received a Masters Degree in teaching. Michael was also a member of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity. He played college baseball and went on to coach many sports, and was a competitive power lifter. Michael was an avid firearms enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Moore, of North Little Rock; daughters, Brandie Holmes and husband, Jerry, of Searcy, Tiffany Huffman and husband, Jeff of White Hall and Whitney Moore, of Little Rock; grandchildren, Sidney Huffman, Preston Moore, Maddie Belle Holmes, Piper Holmes and Delaney Huffman; father, Thomas W. Moore; mother, Jane Terry, and his bassett hound, Sadie.
Memorials may be made to Looziana Basset Rescue, 165 East Oakridge Park, Metairie, Louisiana 70005.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
The family would like to invite friends to a gathering after the service at Lakewood United Methodist Church, Gibson Hall, 1922 Topf Road, corner of Fairway and Topf Road.
