Michael "Mike" Lee McCaslin

Michael “Mike” Lee McCaslin, age 66, of Royal, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021.

He was born on June 8, 1955, in Hot Springs, the son of Emmitt Ralph McCaslin and Ethel Ruby Humphreys McCaslin. He is preceded in death by his father; one brother, Sammy B. McCaslin; and his bird, Charlotte.

Mike was a friend to many. Always willing to listen, help and make sure you were taken care of. He was always willing to take you for a ride on his Harley, to share his love of the open road.

He is survived by his mother, Ruby McCaslin of Royal; his daughter, Crystal McCaslin of the state of Washington; his granddaughter, Shaylynn McCaslin; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Charlie and Tootie McCaslin of Reseda, California, Jr. and Tani McCaslin of Bodfish, California and Danny McCaslin of Royal; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Judy and Dan Lawniczak of Royal and Cyndie and Steve Schneider of Madison, Alabama; nieces and nephews, Cassie Andrade, Toby McCaslin, Jonah McCaslin, Corey McCaslin, Collin McCaslin, Dany McCaslin, Jr., Autumn Smith, Mark Smith, Lauryn Marceau, Theresa Capozz, and their spouses and children; plus other nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of wonderful friends.

A family directed memorial service will be held 2:00PM, Sunday, August 22, 2021, in the Forrest Hills Church of God.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
