Michael "Terry" Howard, 64, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013. He was retired from Union Pacific Railroad.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Patsy Parker Howard; son, Christopher Howard; stepson, David Parker; stepdaughter, Nikki Pickens (Chris); and two grandchildren, Bailey Pickens and Jacob Howard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Roberta Howard; three brothers, Anthony, Keith and Larry Howard and his sister, Carolyn Howard.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Ivy Chapel Cemetery, 678 Ivy Chapel Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72206. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
