Michael Dixon

Michael Bennett Dixon, 58, of North Little Rock passed away Friday, October 11, 2013. He retired from the United States Army where he served as a Military Flight Medic and Paramedic. He loved outdoors, fishing, hiking and music.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Ursula Dixon; mother, Marie Payne; six children, Jason Dixon, Jessica Dixon, Shaun Dixon, Andrea Harris (Randy), Paul Dixon and Alicia Dixon; six grandchildren, Aiden Dixon, Cody Harris, Ashton Harris, Brooklyn and Starla Dixon and Landon Schwartz; two sisters, Pam Camaron (Rod) and Tina Priddy (Robert); and two brothers, Steve Dixon and Danny Dixon (Cheryl). He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Dixon.
Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:30 a.m., Thursday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. A visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday followed by a rosary service at 7:00 p.m., at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home.
