Michael Arthur Cook, 56, of Jacksonville, passed away in Little Rock on June 14, 2015. He was born March 25, 1959 in Albany, Georgia to Wade and Lucille Goodale Cook.
Preceded in death by his father, he is survived by two sons, Tracy Austin Brown and Cody Jarrett Cook, both of Cabot; his mother, Lucille Cook and two sisters, Cindy Anne Brewer (Joseph) and Sharon Cook, all of Jacksonville; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, June 21 at 4:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Cabot.
