Micah Linn

Micah Jeffrey Linn, 51, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away Friday, June 4 at his home in Sherwood. Micah was born November 30, 1969 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Larry and Donna Linn.

Micah attended North Pulaski and Central Arkansas Christian High Schools. He enjoyed golfing and was a huge Arkansas Razorbacks and San Francisco 49ers fan. Micah’s children were his joy. He was known as the funny, prankster dad since they were young. Micah enjoyed being around people and there was always laughter (and many times singing and dancing) in any room he entered – he made sure of that…and if it embarrassed his kids, all the better. Micah professed Jesus Christ as his Savior. No longer encumbered by the things of this world, we take comfort in knowing Micah is with his Savior at last.

Micah was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arlie Elmo Linn and Virginia Love Linn, and Harold Milton Smith and Lavern Hamm Smith, all of North Little Rock.

He is survived by his parents, Larry and Donna Linn of Kensett, Arkansas; daughter, Abby Linn of Benton, Arkansas; son, Micah J. Linn II (Emma) of Sherwood, Arkansas; sister, Rhonda McClure (Aaron) of Alexander, Arkansas; brother, Jarrod Linn (Sandy) of Little Rock, Arkansas; and sister, Alisha Jones (Mark) of Searcy, Arkansas.

Visitation will be 2:00pm on Friday, June 11, 2021 at Smith Sherwood Funeral Home (7700 Hwy 107) followed by Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 3:00pm. Micah’s uncle, Rev. Steve Smith, will be officiating.
