Melinda Ann 'Susie' Gassaway,76, of Houston, Arkansas passed away March 1, 2021 in Conway. Susie was born to Harvey, Sr. and Genevieve Earl on November 4, 1944 in Mount Clemens, MI.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years Jack Gassaway, Sr., her parents and siblings Harvey, Jr (Butch) Earl and Tom Earl.
She is survived by her children Jesse Gassaway (Christine), Jack Gassaway, Jr (Patti), Tracey Poole (Bob), Trina Baxley (Bob), Jennifer Martin She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchild and her dog Pippi.
Susie spent many years working Civil Service at several Air Bases and spent at least 25 years at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She loved working with flowers and enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders. She enjoyed her years on the family farm. There will be no public services held.
