Melba Kelsey

Melba Jean Kelsey, 69, of Beebe, Arkansas, passed away Friday June 5, 2015. Melba was a retired cook at The College Inn Restaurant in Beebe. Everybody loved Melba because she never met a stranger.
She is survived by her husband, Garland Kelsey; son, Steven Kelsey (Carrie); two grandchildren, B.J. and T.J. Kelsey, all of Beebe; two sisters, Georgia Johnson of Greenwood and Billie Sue Lawson of Beebe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Mary Rainbolt; one brother, Tommy Rainbolt; and one sister, Bobbie Ruth Dupuy.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Family requests casual dress.
