Maxine Weakley, 86, passed away December 3, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was born in Clarendon to Marcus D. and Murney Mary James Willard and worked for TuffNut and Timex Corporation and retired from AGL in Jacksonville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Verna Ringgold, and two brothers, Ezra Willard and Clorolay Willard. She is survived by her children, Faye Brooks (Larry) of Everton, Wayne Boyd (Wanda) of Stanton, Kentucky, Sandra Arrowood of Elkins, Verna Bragg (Ronnie) of Bryant, Larry Paul Weakley of Everton and Danny Weakley (Donna) of Alexander; brother, David Willard of Benton; 14 grandchildren,18 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 PM Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, December 5, 2014 at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Jim Hatfield and Rev. Shaun Morris Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
