Maxine Brown, 84, of Arkadelphia passed away on July 12, 2014. She was born on March 21, 1930 in Bradley County to the late James E. Clements and Noama Mobley Clements.

Maxine was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church and was a Secretary for Dr. James Blackmon for many years. She is predeceased by her husband Kenneth Brown.

Her survivors include her sons, Eddie Brown of Hollywood, AR., Bruce Brown and wife Carol of TN, daughter, Karen Nobles and husband Charles of OK, brother, Wayne Clements and wife Wanda of Camden, sister Juanita Branson of Dumas, her grandchildren, Greg Brown, Jessie Brown, Lauren Williams, Lee Ann Perceful, Rebecca Nobles, Stephanie Clements; and nine great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Ouachita Cemetery near Donaldson on Tuesday, July 15th at 2:00 PM with Pastor Charlie Williams and Pastor Travis Langley officiating. Visitation will be at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia Monday, July 14th from 6:00PM till 8:00PM
