On Saturday, November 9, 2019, Matt Gray, loving father, grandfather, brother, cousin, uncle and friend, passed away at the age of 58. Matt was born on March 30, 1961 in Little Rock, AR to Tom and Bettie (Thomas) Gray. He graduated from Central High School in 1979. He grew up playing sports but excelled at baseball.
He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved going to the Buffalo River to canoe. He enjoyed playing golf with his friends. Matt loved spending time with his children making unforgettable memories.
Matt was preceded in death by his father, Tom and his mother, Bettie. He is survived by his children, Shannon Dennis (Jeff) of Winslow, AR and David Gray (Ashley) of Conway, AR; three grandchildren, Jacob, Emma and Coen; two step grandchildren, Ally and Noah; two brothers, Billy Gray (Dena) and Mark Gray (Lynne Dell) both of Little Rock, AR. He also leaves behind many family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 16th at Little Rock Funeral Home with Reverend Tim Lawson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dignity Centers of Arkansas, 13119 El Road, Little Rock, AR 72206.
