Mary Virginia Smith

Mary Virginia Mansfield Smith, age 94, of McRae, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2019. She was born November 3, 1924 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She lived most of her adult life in McRae, where she was an active member of First Baptist Church. Her passions in life were serving the Lord, her large family, and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Mansfield, Sr. and Leta Wolfe Mansfield; her loving husband, Oris Smith; and her siblings, George Mansfield, Jr., Clarence Mansfield, and Betty Jacques.

She leaves to cherish her memory her three children, Wayne Smith (Bonnie), Sandra Graham (James), Angele Lacks (Robert); six grandchildren, Lee Emberton (Jammie), Lucas Emberton (Laura), Rebekkah Hays (Keith), Rachel Williams (Jeff), Megan Stafford (Matt), Erika Liptrap (Bobby); fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of beloved close family members and friends.
