Mary Evelyn Reynolds

Mary Evelyn (Haley) Reynolds, 89, of Vilonia, formerly of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, June 4th, 2019 at Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway. The daughter of Jeff Davis Haley and Lexie Bell Wilson Haley, she was born December 5th, 1929 in Mabelvale, Arkansas. Mary retired from the Arkansas State Police after 20 years of service in the information and education department. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Beryl Baptist Church and a member of the Ruth Sunday School Class, and a former member of First Baptist of Vilonia and Lifeline Baptist of Little Rock, and enjoyed outings with the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed spending time with her family, feeding the hummingbirds and traveling with her friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her three brothers, William Haley, Jeff “Buddy” Haley and Norman Haley.

Mary is survived by her sons, Jim Reynolds (Diane) of Buena Vista CO, and Daryl Reynolds (Cindy) of Vilonia; grandchildren, Angie Reed (Tim) of Buena Vista CO, Jimmie “Bubba” Reynolds (Jennifer) of Arizona, Molly Riggs (Jeffrey) of Conway; great grandchildren, Analiese, Alysha, Elisha, and Eden Reed of Buena Vista CO; Aila and Ryker Reynolds of Arizona; and Lance Riggs of Conway, and many loved nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM, Monday, June 10th, 2019 at Beryl Baptist Church. Bro. Wade Lentz will officiate. Burial will be at Martin Cemetery in Mabelvale by Smith-Sherwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00PM to 7:00PM, on Sunday at Beryl Baptist Church.
