Mary Ann Swager

Mary Ann Higgins Swager, 61, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on December 10, 2020. Born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, the daughter of Harold and Ruby Rester Higgins, she was a retired corrections officer and a member of Faith Builders Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Ouida Kennedy, and spiritual mother and father, Fran and Jack Harry. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Ron Swager; children, Sheryl Swager Brack (Stephen) of Bryant and Lundyn Swager; brother, Richard Higgins (Julie) of Ponchatoula, Louisiana; nephews and nieces, Gary Higgins (Alex), Katelyn Pilney (Andrew), and Taylor Sims (Lane); and spiritual daughter, Angela Aaron of Marion County, Mississippi.

Services will be held on Tuesday, December 15 at 11:30 a.m., preceded by visitation beginning at 10:30, at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct., Little Rock. Interment will follow at Rosemont Cemetery in Benton.
