Mary Ann Woodworth

Mary Ann Woodworth, 93, of Little Rock, passed away on August 26, 2023. She was born on April 9, 1930 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Edward and Ima Mae Kincannon. She was a longtime and active member of Highland Valley United Methodist Church where her roles included singing in the choir, youth director and a member of the Women’s Circle. She was also a leader of Bible Study Fellowship.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Thurman “Hot” Woodworth; daughter, Libby Cameron (Cliff); grandson, Zach Cameron; cousins, Pam and Max Foster and Polly and Laudies Brantley; and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Stephen “Ryan” Hanschen.

Memorials may be made to Highland Valley United Methodist Church, 15524 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, AR 72211.

Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 1, 2023 at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Court, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Highway 5 N, Alexander, AR 72002.
