Mary A. Whitehead

Mary A. Whitehead, née Bryant, 79, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, passed away on November 11, 2022, following a brief battle with kidney cancer. She married Vernon A. Whitehead Jr. shortly after graduating high school. The Lord blessed them with a total of four children, Karey Jean, Charles, Virjena, and Frederick. Additionally, Mary was the sixth of seventeen children from the Herbert Bryant Sr. family in Lonoke, Arkansas.

Services are to be held at Smith North Little Rock Funeral home. Viewing - Friday, 11/25/22, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Celebration of life - Saturday, 11/26/2022, from 12:00-1:30 pm. Interment Arkansas Veterans Cemetery on Monday, 11/28/22, at 9:00 am.
