Mary Tharp
Mary Lois Wheat Tharp, 84, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2011. She was a registered nurse and retired from the Baptist Medical System after 30 years of service. She was a member of Sylvan Hills Community Church and the North Little Rock Woman's Club.
She is survived by her son, Hank Tharp, of Sherwood; daughter Mary Jo (Jerry) Thomas, of Sherwood; two granddaughters, Emily (Brad) Johnson, of Scott and Casey Thomas, of Sherwood; one grandson, Hudson Tharp, of Sherwood; two great-granddaughters, Jordyn and Taylor Johnson; sister, Ann Sutherlin, of Greenville, South Carolina; brother, Jack (Veda) Wheat, of Lonoke; sister-in-law, Sue Wheat, of Monument, Colorado; and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Tharp and brother, Thomas Walton Wheat, Jr.
