Mary Grace Scheibler Waltemath

Mary Grace Scheibler Waltemath age 94, of Memphis, TN died peacefully September 28, 2024. In other words, MG has left the building and turned out the lights. She resided in Little Rock, AR for the past 30 years. A loving wife, mother, cherished grandmother, and sweet friend to those who knew her.

Born on August 11, 1930, to Dr. Julius and Grace (Walker) Scheibler in Memphis, TN. Mary Grace was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers: Julius Walter Scheibler, Henry Walker Scheibler, and husband Joseph “Joe” Fredrick Waltemath.

 She will continue to live in the hearts of her two daughters: Grace Lynn (Jack) Christie of Little Rock, AR, and Ann (Doug) Wall of Wilmington, NC. Her greatest delight was in her role as “Gram'' to her grandchildren: Anna (Haley) Christie, Nadine Wall, and Jody Wall. 

 She attended Memphis Central High School and graduated from Memphis State University. She worked in education for more than 25 years. 

 A private family memorial will be held in Memphis, TN. The family would like to thank the staff at Presbyterian Village and Arkansas Hospice for their loving support.
