Mary Quertermous
Mary Aline Quertermous, 92, of Little Rock, passed away November 5, 2011. Mrs. Quertermous served in the U.S. Army Women's Army Corp as Staff Sergeant Mary A. Waynick, WAC Detachment, The Armored School, Fort Knox, KY from 1943-1945. She was a member of the American Legion of Brookport, Illinois and the Adoration Society of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church.
She is survived by daughters, Rebecca (Jef Pryor) and Mary (Keith Nash), son, Ted (Susan), and grandchildren, Aron, Andrea (Brandon Kruchinski), Lauren (Chad Hendrix), Kes, Rachel, Thomas, Tyler and Kelly.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Dhanraj Narla at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 9 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.).
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn, Little Rock, AR 72210.
