Mary Jo O’Neal Saveall

Mary Jo O’Neal Saveall passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Hot Springs, AR. Mary Jo was born at Waters (Pine Ridge, AR) on January 26, 1935, to Bill and Rhuie Fair O’Neal.

She is predeceased by her parents, husband Moriece Saveall, infant son Vaughn Stovall, infant twin grandsons, two brothers, Kenneth and Leon O’Neal, and stepson Michael A. Saveall.

She is survived by her sons Michael (Terry) Stovall of Grand Saline, Texas, Verl (Lila D) Stovall of Bauxite, and Jerry (Teresa) Stovall of Benton and stepson Patrick (Eileen) Saveall of Mt Ida. Sisters Bille Ann Moore of Hot Springs, Reba (Laron) Evans of Hope, Janet (Truman) Lewis of Oden, 2 sisters in laws Sue O’Neal of Hot Springs and Joann O’Neal of Tomball, Texas, 12 Grandchildren, 27 Great-grandchildren and 1 Great-great-grandchild. 

A host of nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Montgomery County Nursing Home and Chi St. Vincent for their wonderful care.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Stovall, Verlon Stovall, Jason Stovall, Ethan Skiles and Caden Stovall.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Grenade Cemetery with Bro. Verl Stovall officiating. 

Visitation will be held prior to services from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Grenade Cemetery.
