Mary Mross

Mary L. Mross, 77, of Little Rock, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2007. She is survived by her husband, M. B. "Boots" Mross; mother, Betty Williams Lynn; children, Robert Atkinson and wife, Lisa Pogue of Alexandria, Virginia; Ann Brewer and husband, Bill Brewer of Leander, Texas; Sandy Gail Mross and John B. Mross, both of Little Rock; eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. She belonged to the Southwestern Bell Pioneers, was a longtime member of Second Baptist Church and served as school grandma at The Academy at Riverdale.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Monday, July 30, at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 31 at Second Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. Ray Higgins, Rev. Matthew Cook and Rev. James Thomason. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park, Alexander. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to The Academy at Riverdale Scholarship Fund, 1600 Riverfront Drive, Little Rock, AR 72202.
