Mary Mason Brown

Mary Mason Brown of Little Rock passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2023. She was born October 30, 1921 in Texarkana, AR. The was 101 years old at the time of her passing.

To her family, she was more affectionately known as Mama Mary. Mama Mary was preceded in death by her husband William Lee Brown, Jr. who was also affectionately known as Daddy Bill. Mama Mary and Daddy Bill were married for 51 years when he passed in 1987. She is survived by two children, six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and twenty-two great-great grandchildren.

The family would also like to make a special mention of her sweet dog, Charlie, who was her beloved companion for the last seventeen years. Sadly, Charlie passed away in July of 2022.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 17 , 2023 at 1pm at
Forrest Hills Cemetery, 10200 Highway 5 North, Alexander, AR 72002.
