Mary Lillian Smith Johnson, 89, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, was born January 22, 1920 at Griffithville, Arkansas, and she entered eternity on June 10, 2009. She was retired from the Pulaski County Public School Districts, having been a first grade school teacher for thirty-seven years. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in North Little Rock and Grand Avenue United Methodist Church of Hot Springs.
Mary leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of sixty-three years, Lindsey Dee Johnson; two sons, Richard Dee (Carolyn) Johnson of Hot Springs, Otho Dean (Marie Hayes) Johnson of Randolph, Maine; one grandson, Ronnie (Ashley) Bowden; and one great-grandaughter, Neeley Elizabeth Bowden.
Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2009, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Dogwood Cemetery.
