Mary Kundert

Mary Alice Kundert, 66, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2010. She was born August 19, 1944 in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi to the late Chester and Thelma Kingston. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and active with the Lupus Society. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother and was dedicated to her family. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Don Kundert, of North Little Rock; daughters, Lisa Barkley (Bob),of Mary Esther, Florida, Donna Rocha (John), of Houston, Texas and Kristi Sanders (Mike), of Sherwood; fourteen grandchildren, Robert, Tyler, Matthew, John Jr., Emma, Mary Elizabeth, Stephen, Therese, Thomas, Gabriel, Patrick, Joseph, Christopher and Jessica; sisters, Janell Nichols, of Harahan, Louisiana and Dianne Kingston, of Picayune, Mississippi; brother, Paul Kingston, of Greenbrier and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116.
Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Sunday followed by a rosary service at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170.
