Mary Jarrett

Mary Alice Jarrett, 86, of Little Rock, passed away November 13, 2020 with her family at her side.  Born in Little Rock to Olon and Lizzie Goodwin Jackson, she was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.  She won awards playing basketball and horseshoes, and loved to make beautiful quilts.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Wayne Jarrett; daughter, Brenda Jarrett of Little Rock; son, Bobby Jarrett and his wife, Debi, of Ferndale; sisters, Dezzie Martin and Betty Blaylock; granddaughter, Shawna Bevans of Little Rock; great-grandchildren, Parker and Logan Bevans; and a host of nieces and extended family.  She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Thomas and Frankie Jackson.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 16 at 2:30 p.m. at Spring Valley Cemetery, 32804 County Road 38/Kanis, Paron, AR. Covid-19 guidelines for wearing masks and social distancing will  be followed.
