Mary Giberson

Mary Elizabeth Giberson, 88, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012. She was born on February 24, 1924 in Donaldson, Arkansas to Reverend Forest and Ada Williams Borland. Mary was a member of the First Missionary Church in Mabelvale and retired from Arkansas Baptist News Magazine where she was an Executive Secretary. She and her husband owned and operated Terri Lynn's Delicatessen in Little Rock for over 25 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri Lynn Winkler and husband Alan of Little Rock; two grandsons, David and Caleb Winkler, both of Little Rock; one niece, Jolene Coop and husband Steve of Little Rock; her life-long, faithful friends Phil and Emily Heyer and a host of other friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Potter Giberson and her sister, Lillian Johnson.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park in North Little Rock. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
