Mary Lou Colter

Mary Lou Colter passed from this life on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 8:54 PM, surrounded by loved ones while they were singing Christian songs, praying, and reading scripture. She took her last breaths while the song, "I Will Rise,” was playing. She was born in El Paso, Arkansas on November 21, 1954.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas A. Brown and Syble (Dorothy) Brown. She is survived by her daughters, Amanda Mitchem and Misty Mitchem (and her three children), as well as her River City Church family.
