Mary Jim Blythe, 88, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away Saturday, November 1, 2008. She graduated from Ola High School, was owner of Blythe Beauty Shop and Scott Florist of North Little Rock. She was a member of Levy Baptist Church, Immanuel Baptist Church, Levy Eastern Star and past Grand Worthy Matron of Jonesboro.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Blythe Coxsey (Carl) of Marshallville, Georgia and Debbie Kruger (Jerald) of Little Rock; two sons, Jimmy Arnold Blythe, of California and Randy Allen Blythe, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; grandchildren, Kellie Cox (Matt) and Christy Bush (Andy); great-grandchildren, Taylor, Cameron and Jackson Cox, Mary Blythe and Charley Lynn Bush; sister, Iva Reid, of Collierville, Tennessee; brother, Lee Allen, of Searcy; sisters-in-law, Stella Halsey and Kat Blythe; and numerous nieces, nephews and special friends, Jim Hynds, Chris Vallett and Ted Parsons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Arnold Blythe; her parents; three sisters and her brother.
Mary was a loving and wonderful wife, mother and Nana.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel with a 3:00 P.M., committal service at Jonesboro Memorial Park in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
