Marvin Lee Hill, 74, of Scott passed away Wednesday, June 08, 2011. He was born March 17, 1937 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Elzie and Viola Bunn Hill. Marvin was a self employed truck driver. He was proud of his service in the United States Air Force and a was veteran of the Korean War. Marvin was a nuclear weapons specialist. He was a family man and an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his son, Michael Hill of Tucson, Arizona; daughter, Tracy Hill; step-daughters, Sharon Parkhurst of North Little Rock and Dalene Shaw of Norcross, Georgia; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Charlotte Hill of Grayson, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Hill and brother, Larry Hill.
