Martha Bullock

Martha Ellen Francis Bullock of Ward went to be with the Lord, on Oct 7, 2016. Martha was the daughter of the late William and May Francis.
She was a homemaker, but her first passion was the ministry of the Lord's word. She became an ordained minister in 1972. Martha loved to fish and garden and was very good at both. She loved flowers and had them everywhere, on the porch, in the house, as well as many flower beds. She never had much but was always content with what she had. She worked hard all her life to provide for her family. She raised vegetables to sell, mowed lawns, and processed scrap metal to sell all to help ends meet. Martha raised chickens and hogs along with her garden to provide for her family, as well as others. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Martha was a great woman who will be missed.
Martha was preceded in death by her husband, James Bullock; brothers Chris Francis, John Ed Francis, Eual David Parson; sisters Minnie Stone, and Mary Vallance; grandsons Nathan Bullock and David Parker.
She is survived by three sons, James H. Bullock (Ura), Roy Bullock (LouAnn), and Norman Bullock, two daughters; Grace Parker, and Brenda Dunbar (Earl), two brothers Jessie Francis (Twana) and William Francis (Kim), twelve sisters; Susie Lester (Ray), Mary Lee Harrell, Mildred Alford, Wanda Bullock, Betty Jo Jackson, Doris Cunningham (Edward), Annie Mae McCann (Jimmy), Marie Cummings (Kenneth), Chyrel Rynders, Linda Watters, Joyce Simmons (Emmitt), Jeanette Goodin (Dale); fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
