Marlene Blevins

Marlene Blevins, age 82, of North Little Rock, Arkansas went to be with our Lord on January 2, 2019.  She was born to George and Ruby Fuqua in Muskogee, Oklahoma on February 12, 1936. Marlene was a 1954 Graduate of Muskogee Central High School.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She and her husband, Jerry were “High School Sweet Hearts” and her beautiful blue eyes caught his attention. They recently celebrated sixty-three years of marriage.  She was a devout member of the Church of Christ.

Marlene is survived by her husband, Jerry Blevins; four children, Doug (Donata) Blevins, Deresa (Mark) Jackson, David Blevins, and Deann (Mike) Glaze; Seven Grandchildren, Jason Blevins, Amber Sherrill, Jeremy Blevins, Jennifer Sherrill Smith, Lindsey Monroe, Chris McGowan, Nick McGowan and seven great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jerry Fuqua.
