Mark Garner
Mark A. Garner, 52, of Little Rock, passed away March 17, 2016 after a long, chronic illness. Mark was retired from Simmons Bank. He loved to play poker and participate in poker tournaments.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Karen Garner; children, Brandon Garner and Tiffany Garner; parents, John and Judy Garner; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Pamela Duncan; brothers, Rusty Garner (Christy) of North Carolina and John Gregory Garner ( ) of Missouri; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ora and Odis Garner. He will be missed by his two Maltese companions, Flower and Piper.
Visitation will be Monday, March 21 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Graveside services will be Tuesday, March 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander, officiated by Rev. George Yarberry. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
