Mark Bratton, age 62, of Hot Springs, died Sunday, August 27, 2017. He was born on December 29, 1954 in Hot Springs, the son of Elmer Lee Bratton and Edna Hughes Bratton. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Bob Bratton and C.A. Dorsey. Mark was the owner of M & M Pawn, Antiques and Collectibles in Hot Springs for the past 13 years. He is survived by his wife, Linda Bratton of Hot Springs; one daughter and son-in-law, Joni and Brooks Higginbotham of Maumelle; one step-son and daughter-in-law, A.J. and Angala Tart of Hot Springs; three grandchildren, Khloe Higginbotham and Easton Higginbotham, both of Maumelle and Eden Everson of Hot Springs; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Shane and Diana Bratton of Hot Springs and Stevie and Brenda Bratton of Bismarck; his step-mother, Dorothy McKinnon of Hot Springs; a special friend, Charlie Evans of Hot Springs; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful friends. Memorial services will be held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, September 5, 2017 in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs with Bro. Bill Sexton, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM until service time on Tuesday. Memorials may be made in Marks honor to Guardian Angels Cat Rescue, 907 Hobson Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71913.
