Marjorie Sandifer Corley age 83 of Arkadelphia died Saturday, January 10, 2009 at her home. She was born January 31, 1925 in New Orleans, LA, the daughter of Ben and Emily Strickland Sandifer. She a member of the worship committee of the First Presbyterian Church, the Colerean Club, a master crafter, and a 1946 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University. She was preceded in death by a daughter Donna Lovelace.
Survivors are her husband Dr. Don Corley, two daughters, Cindy Viala of Rogers, AR and Betty Corley of Conway, AR, on brother Ken Sandifer of Arkadelphia, five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be 10 A.M. Tuesday in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Kendal Land officiating. A memorial service will follow at 11 A.M. at the First Presbyterian Church of Arkadelphia. There will be no formal visitation.
Memorials may be made to the Memorial Fund of The First Presbyterian Church, 1220 Pine St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923.
