Marion Holody
Marion Louese Holody, 86, of Little Rock, passed away August 28, 2009. Born January 7, 1923, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Alvin Luther Colbert, Sr., and Lula Mae Gentry Colbert, she was a member of Our Lady of Holy Souls Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Matthew Holody; daughter, Nancy Holyfield of Little Rock, Arkansas; grandchildren, Matthew Rodieck of Afghanistan, Michael Rodieck of Memphis, Tennessee, Meredith Wood (Richard) of Carmel, California, and Melissa Mannix (Bob) of Monterey, California; great-grandchildren, Alise, Jonathan and Olivia Wood of Monterey, California, brother, Don Colbert (Donna). Preceding her in death were her parents, brother, Al Colbert, Jr., and sister, Doris Dum.
Rosary services will be held Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., September 1, 2009, at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church, 1003 N. Tyler Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72205. The memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at the church with Father Royce Thomas officiating. Interment will be in the Holy Souls Garden.
