A beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, Marilyn Sue Dickson left this world peacefully at 81, on July 27th, 2021. Born in DeWitt, AR to Roy and Virgie may Adams, Marilyn grew up in DeWitt, graduated from DeWitt High School and later met her husband. Marilyn is preceded in death by her Parents, her Husband Billy Eugene Dickson, and her Aunt Lillian Bonner. Marilyn is survived by her brother Roy V. Adams JR, Children Roy(Sheila) Dickson, and Russell Dickson. Her step children Penny Dickson, Gary Dickson, Larry Dickson, and Melinda Buchanan. Her grandchildren, Samantha Adkins, Misty Wyles, and Barron Dickson. Great grand children, Alexia Adkins, Preston Wyles,& Jaxson Wyles. Marilyn enjoyed in her earlier years sewing, gardening, and raising cattle. Most recently watching CSI and eating anything chocolate she could get her hands on, spending time with family and her beloved pets. We will always remember her kind brown eyes, infectious laugh, beautiful smile, and sense of humor. Her presence in our lives will be greatly missed. When you think of Marilyn, celebrate the good memories you have of her, Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.
Visitation for Marilyn will be held in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Conway at 1pm on Monday, August 2nd with her funeral service following at 2pm
