Marilyn Mae Holloway Nowlin age 67 of Sparkman passed from this life to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday April 16, 2010 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was born June 16, 1942 in Sparkman the daughter of the late Blake and Etta Mae Holloway. She was a member of Ouachita Assembly of God Church and a retired school bus driver for the Sparkman Harmony Grove district.
Survivors include her husband, James Edward Nowlin of Sparkman; one daughter Deborah Pennington and husband, Benny of Holly Springs, Arkansas; one son David Nowlin and wife, Ashley of Sparkman; one sister, Carolyn Wylie and husband, David of Hot Springs; two brothers, Freddie Holloway of Sparkman and Pat Holloway of Calion, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Emily Nowlin of Fordyce; Caleb and Cole Nowlin of Sparkman; Todd Points of Camden; two great-grandchildren, Elise Points and Aliance Points both of Camden.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, April 19, 2010 at Ouachita Assembly of God Church with Bro. David Dillard officiating. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 PM Sunday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
