Marie Kirkpatrick

Marie Kirkpatrick, age 87, of Pearcy, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018. She was born on December 8, 1930 in Dierks, the daughter of Henry Davis and Alvia Pate Davis. On December 26, 1952, she was married to Clifford Kirkpatrick who preceded her in death on October 5, 2005. She was retired from E-Systems in Huntington, Indiana and a member of the Pearcy Baptist Church. She and her husband, Clifford, enjoyed camping, traveling from state to state and fishing. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Anita and James Fuller of North Little Rock and Debbie and Gary Lahr of Denton, Texas; three grandchildren, Joshua Lahr, Rene Lahr and Jamie Steed; two great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Vance and Gauge Steed; four sisters, Gladys Middleton of Cabot, Virginia Fagan of Houston, Texas, Edith Berry of Bryant and Sheila Montgomery of Glenwood; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 7, 2018, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood, with Bro. Erby Burgess officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Glenwood Cemetery. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
