Marie Clark

Marie Clark, 88, of Little Rock, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the Merry Makers Travel Group. She loved to play canasta, fish and her grandchildren were the light of her life. Marie is the reigning 2013 Sandalwood Beauty Queen.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Garrett (Buddy) of Ferndale; grandchildren, Shawn Garrett (Cyndie) of Morton, Mississippi and Nikki Moreland (Clint) of Ferndale; three great-grandchildren, Anna Moreland, Mason Garrett and Ashley Moreland; sister, Sue Murdock (Jim) of Russellville; brothers, Jim Adams, of California, William Adams (Iva Jo) of California, Stacy Adams (Claudia) of Little Rock; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Clara Adams; sisters, Dorothy Brown and Carolyn Hudson; and her brothers, Walter Dean and Benny Adams.
