Marian Kensinger, age 98 of Sherwood, passed away January 8, 2014 in North Little Rock. She was born on January 6, 1915 in Los Angeles, California.
Mrs. Kensinger was a homemaker and a long time member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in North Little Rock.
She is preceded in death by her husband Oliver Glenn Kensinger, as well as her parents and one sister.
Survivors include her daughter Geraldine Murphy of Sherwood and a son Bob Kensinger and wife Wilma of Forest City; a sister Marjorie Holden-Reed;five grandchildren Marjorie Chaffi, Carolyn (Jack) Rose, Robert Swuets (Tammy), Linda Billingsly and Cynthia Chance; six great-grandchildren Rebecca, Rochelle, Brandy, Brian, Chad and Cody and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood.
