Maria E. Polio

Maria E. Polio, age 73, of Glenwood, died Saturday, November 5, 2011. She was born on September 14, 1938 in El Salvador, the daughter of Jose Leonides and Mercedes Benavides. She was a member of the Iglesia Adventisa Del 7 Dia in Glenwood. Survivors are her husband, Jose Hernandez of Glenwood; eight children; her brother, Jose Leonides; her grandson, Juan Polio; and her friend, Lydia Serbellom. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in the Iglesia Adventisa Del 7 Dia in Glenwood with Rodolfo Prieto officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, 12:00 noon until service time at the church. Interment will be in the Bonnerdale Seventh Day Adventist Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
